Dr. Minh-Phoung Le
Dr. Minh-Phoung Le graduated from The University of Virginia with a B.S. degree in Biochemistry, and from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine with Magna Cum Laude Honors. She completed her specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York City. While at Boston University, she was competitively selected to represent Henry M. Goldman school of Dental Medicine to present her dental research at national and international levels. Her research work during her residency won a second-place award at St. Barnabas’ Research Fair.
She is an expert in Invisalign Align Technology, Edgewise bracket systems, self-ligating systems, orthodontia appliances, and is well versed in multidisciplinary orthodontic treatments.
She has volunteered at local and international levels since high school in nature conservation and medical and dental mission trips. Her travels include Vietnam, Guatemala, Japan, Thailand, and Texas! She enjoys studying in the nature and conservation fields, and whenever given the opportunity, she makes sure to jump at the next adventure that awaits. In her free time, Dr. Le enjoys hiking in New York City parks and well as our Northern Virginia area, yoga and practicing mindfulness. She believes that being at peace with nature and oneself brings out the best in everyone and hopes to inspire others to do the same!
